Your apartment number is easy to overlook when a checkout splits the address across several boxes. Before submitting a Sugargoo parcel to Canada, check the complete shipping label that those fields produce. A correct saved profile is useful, but it is the final parcel address that needs to contain the delivery information.
Keep the unit with the civic address
Canada Post accepts a unit number before the civic number with a hyphen between them. Its example format is 10-123 MAIN ST. It also describes alternatives with an accepted unit designator. Choose a format that the form can preserve and check the combined result rather than adding the apartment number twice.
If the checkout has a separate apartment field, put the unit there and inspect the resulting label. If it has only one street-address line, the unit-before-civic-number format may be useful. Do not squeeze missing information into a seller note and assume it will become part of the shipping address.

Check again after an edit
Changing a profile after preparing a parcel does not establish that the parcel's label changed with it. Reopen the specific shipment and read the recipient details there. If the label is already prepared or the parcel has moved onward, ask official support what can still be corrected. Do not assume an edit is guaranteed.
Keep screenshots privately with the parcel reference. Share address details only through the provider's official support when needed, not in a public tracking thread. This guide cannot validate your individual label or confirm that a route serves your postal code.
